Yes — Tavendi is free to use. For power sellers, Tavendi Plus is available as a monthly subscription or a one-time 3-Day Clean Out pass, unlocking unlimited high-quality listings, premium AI features, and an ad-free experience.
Do I need an account to use Tavendi? +
Yes, you will need to link your account to your marketplace account in order to post your listings.
Can I use Tavendi on my phone? +
Yes, Tavendi is designed for mobile for an easy and efficient listing experience.
Tavendi+ & Credits
What is Tavendi+? +
Tavendi+ is our premium experience. You get our best AI for writing listings, the ability to post one listing to several marketplaces at once, market price analysis with real comparable listings, local selling suggestions, tips tailored to each item, and no ads. There are two ways to unlock it, whichever suits you: a monthly subscription, or one-time credit packs. Both give you the full Tavendi+ experience.
Can I try it for free? +
You can. New sellers get a welcome gift of our 10-credit pack, on us. You'll find it in the paywall when you first open Tavendi+, so you can take Tavendi+ for a spin before paying for anything.
What are credits? +
Credits are what power your Tavendi+ features, like generating Tavendi+ listings and posting to more than one marketplace. You can get them two ways, and both work the same: a monthly subscription that refills your credits on the same day each month, or one-time credit packs you can buy whenever you want. The monthly plans come with different credit limits, so you can pick the one that matches how much you sell, whether that's 100 credits a month or 300.
How does my credit balance work? +
Your credits can come from your monthly subscription, from credit packs you've bought, or both. When you have credits from more than one place, we spend your monthly subscription credits first and then move on to your pack credits. Credits from packs don't expire, so anything you don't use just sits in your wallet until you need it.
What happens when I run out of credits? +
No stress. You can grab a credit pack from the app whenever you like, or if you're subscribed, just wait for your monthly credits to come back on your renewal date. Either way, creating standard listings is always free.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
You can cancel any time from your account settings in the app, or from your subscriptions in the App Store or Google Play, since that's where the billing runs. You'll keep your Tavendi+ features until the end of the period you've already paid for.

We prioritize your privacy and only use your data to generate listings.
Is Tavendi affiliated with marketplaces like eBay or Facebook? +
No, Tavendi is an independent tool designed to assist sellers in creating their listings to these marketplaces.

Tavendi allows you to create listings in seconds, as opposed to having to manually prepare price, description and title for each listing. Additionally, by optimizing these fields, Tavendi increases your chances of getting more views and faster sales.
What kinds of items work best with Tavendi? +
You can upload any type of item using Tavendi! In fact, if there's an item you can't identify, you can even use Tavendi to tell you what it is.

Why isn't my listing generating correctly? +
Try uploading clear photos, ideally without other clutter and having the photo centered on the item.
